Firm rankings don't mean much. You could be at a v3 and work for a terrible partner and clients. You could be at a v100 and work with a great partner and clients. This is not only for QOL but also for hours/bonus, training and career advancement. That's why Vault should do a partner ranking.

This has nothing to do with my desire to see partners commented on and humiliated publicly.
