Hi - we have a 4 year old unneutered male Yorkshire Terrier. He has been bothered by his nose for the past 2 years (on and off). There are periods where he is completely fine, at most frequent reverse sneezing. But there are periods, like currently, where anything he undertakes or gets excited about seems to completely irritate his nose. He breathes weird (like reverse sneezing but not really?), sneezes a lot, and generally seems to be in discomfort. We have been to multiple vets and all of them seem to have no clue aside from “its reverse sneezing”.
It really seems to be some kind of nasal irritation. We do not use any scents, laundry is unscented, the house is clean. It does seem to be worse inside - but I am not 100% confident in this. I personally assumed its caused by allergies, but all the vets seem to say its not since he has no skin irritation whatsoever.
Does anyone have a clue or a step in the right direction? Thanks!
