Someone else having troubles with DPD? (Germany)
I did 6 sells on sunday, i delivered them yesterday (1 DHL, 1 Hermes and 3 DPD) and today i tried to deliver the other one from DPD but i went to 4 packet shops and the code didn’t work. So I told the buyer to change delivery company. 20 minutes after i receive notifications from Vinted that my deliveries from yesterday all were ready to pick up for the buyers but that was impossible because they were in France, the Netherlands and south Germany. The girl from france texted me telling that the package is ready to pick up in Berlin and doesn’t make sense since she put her address in France and Vinted changed it to the pick up shop that i dropped the packages.
I’m getting a bit annoyed that there’s not one single company that works well and then we the sellers get less stars because of the companies that ruin things in the delivery process.
Someone else had trouble to deliver this week?
