Los Angeles specific meal prep hacks?

I work from home and try to eat relatively healthy. I’m also a toddler mom and very very busy. So I found a few pretty good meal prep hacks that have been working great and would love to find more that are similar.

Basically, I have been buying sides of shredded chicken that I love from a few local restaurants, The Hive and HomeState. It’s like $12 for three sides of chicken and it lasts me about four meals. Then I roasted a sweet potato and load it with the chicken and whatever veggies I have lying around.

Wondering if anyone else has suggestions for similar hacks? For me, the protein is the best bang for my buck because it takes too long for me to make and actually taste good! But anything else that you do that is cost-effective and healthy and yummy, I would love to hear!

Natural pain relief at Kaiser? Things like massage, etc

Tell me all the things that Kaiser has to offer in terms of the most natural pain relief possible. I have chronic neck and shoulder pain and spend money on massages every month. I’ve done Physical Therapy in the past at Kaiser, however, my recent experience experiences have been more about doing exercise than the manual treatments. Are there any physical therapist in the LA area that do more manual treatments? What about things like Massage or Acupuncture? Has anyone found this to be covered or found a hack to get them covered? I’ve had acupuncture before and the lady that I had was wonderful but they charged me an extra $30 on top of my $20 co-pay so it ended up being $50 a session.

I live in Los Angeles and I’ve been quoted anywhere from 15-25k for a breast reduction if I pay out of pocket. I’m wondering if traveling somewhere else to see an amazing surgeon could possibly be less expensive? Any recommendations?

I’ve met with brother doctors and they seem great. I’m on the waitlist for Dr Poh and it can take up to a year but would be covered by my insurance. I put down a refundable deposit for Dr Azadgoli and schedule the surgery for later this year.

I’ve been putting this surgery off for many many years and I’m 46 and live near Beverly Hills and really want my boobs to look and feel amazing. Has anyone worked with either of these doctors?

Or does anyone have a suggestion for the best breast reduction person in the Los Angeles area? And what did they charge?
