Hello! I got 3 millipedes about a week ago, and they've been in this home since. I make sure to water it when it feels kinda dry, and I do one side more than another so they can choose what they like. There's a lot more wood hidden under the leaves, too. The soil is Scott's Topsoil. They are american giant millipedes (/Narceus americanus/). I'm really worried they are going to die or have a bad life, so I'm trying to do as much research as I can. I try to only handle them occasionally, like once every few days. I only really ever find one at a time (I think it's the same one every time? She's very curious and does not curl up in a ball or secrete the poison on me or anything), I don't dig for them, I just move the leaves around and check under the wood sometimes. I see a lot of their droppings around, so I hope that's evidence of all 3 still being there. Anyways, thank you for your help!!

(Note that hand is not mine, it's my partner's lol)

Hi guys! I'm a college student and recently did a lab with Millipedes and I asked to take them home because they were really cute and cool creatures. My only problem is I've never had any "weird" pets like millipedes before. I will be having 3 of them and they are like 3-4 inches long and brown. They live together in the lab right now. How can I give these three the absolute best life I can? Price of things isn't an issue within reason. Also, ideally it's not too huge of a home for them, as I need to move out from my dorm room to my home a few hours away by car. If that's necessary, I can figure something out for them. I have literally nothing right now.
