Schedule Sanity Check for 8.5 Month Old
So we've been having an issue recently where our previously sleep trained 8.5 month old has been having episodes of 1 hr+ crying at some point during the night. He used to be able to self settle and was trained with CIO at 4 months, only took about 4-5 days to get him to get with the program.
Now though, he WILL cry for at least an hour straight at some point during the night, it may be first thing at 7-8pm, it may be at 2am. He did have a bout of an 24-48 hour illness two weeks ago but he seems to be past that. He starts crying as soon as we lay him in the crib by himself.
His schedule is 7pm bed time, 615-630am wake. Naps from 915-1030am, and 2-315pm (roughly) so he should be at about 3/3.5/4 for his WW.
Are we doing anything wrong? He's getting solids 3 times a day, bottle/breast fed. He can go down independently for naps during the day (literally just put him down, watched him play with his hands for 10 mins before falling asleep) - so what gives?
