I'm a serial rightmove refresher in our 3 year quest to move house - i'm curious as to why some agents take pictures with the taps running in the fancier houses for sale? I thought we were a bit past the idea that houses with running water were more upmarket! Is it to demonstrate good pressure; in which case, a long shutter speed could be deceptive anyway!
