Going in a camping trip for two nights. I have been delegated responsibility for dinner on the second night.
I wanted to make a stew like beef bourguignon and vacuum-seal it. We are walking with backpacks for 15 kilometers each day, so we are not carrying a cooler.
My wife is convinced it will go bad, I and pretty confident that cooked meat that is vacuum-sealed will be safe to eat after 2 days.
Any experience/opinions with transporting vacuum-sealed meat like this?
