How many tricks do you guys usually learn at a time? Do you just try to learn one at a time or learn a few within a session?

I feel like it takes me forever to learn tricks but maybe I just need to focus on one at a time…

Anyone else struggling with double unders? No matter what role I use I just can’t seem to get it.

Also LADIES, or men. If you have long hair, do you find that the rope gets caught in your ponytail causing the rope to hit you in the back of the head? 😂

How can I stop this? Does anyone know? 😂
