I’m currently on 450mg of Wellbutrin and it’s not doing much, if anything. I was on sertraline in the past and it wasn’t great for me so I was switched to Wellbutrin. I met with my psych yesterday and she suggested Lexapro. But then later said it may not work since it’s similar to Sertraline. She also suggested Effexor but that one makes me nervous so I’m trying the Lexapro first. Has anyone not have success with Sertraline but did have success with Lexapro?
