I’ll be in Wilmington this summer for an internship and am looking for a furnished 1-bedroom sublease from mid-May (flexible start around May 18–25) through July 31 or early August. Parking is needed.

Wilmington, Newark, or anywhere within a 30-minute drive to downtown Wilmington would work. I’m clean, responsible, and will be working full-time.
