Sword of divine + buying excess crit chance makes your passive give you negative crit chance to balance it out.

No matter what I did / bought would make my sword of divine go above 125%.

I swear this was fixed for like 1 patch, I remember facing a 200+% crit chance Senna in arena. Now its back somehow.

Once I replaced it on round 8, I actually got the HP back, so it's not just a bugged visual.
