Edit: Solved, firewall issue. Am very new to UniFi, didn’t realise there’s two different WebGUIs (Site Manager and the actual GatewayGUI). Logs show the Homebase being blocked by firewall. Pretty simple fix with some firewall rules. I appreciate everyone’s help :)
Tl;dr just buy good POE Cameras. I will eventually replace these Eufy cameras with the UniFi POE equivalent.
Hey everyone, finally bit the bullet and bought some Ubiquiti gear, unfortunately am having issues with Eufy Homebase 3 (S380) not connecting to the internet. Everything is up to date
Topography is: Starlink Modem -> Cloud Gateway Ultra -> Flex mini switch -> Homebase 3.
Yet to setup my U7 Lite AP, so Wifi is currently handled by a half decent Asus Router, connected to the same Flex Switch.
I’ve had success with connecting the HB directly to the SL modem, however that ruins the point of getting all the UniFi gear haha. So I’m lead to believe that this is simply a config/routing issue. Unfortunately there’s not too much I can find online, as Eufy have general connectivity issues (lol). So if anyone has successfully set-up a HB3, I would appreciate a quick guide if anyone is able to assist :)

Side note, am aware Eufy cameras are shit. 20/20 hindsight and all that.
