OG Level 2 Suit Mod WIP

This is still a WIP but for now I've managed to implement the meshes and the textures of the lower body with RichardHafer's guidance while he was working on implementing another suit. I had in mind to start with the Level 1 suit but I had to do the Level 2 suit because... why not :D
