So I am about 1 yr out from Invisalign, I was a borderline jaw surgery case. Not super happy with the results of my Invisalign, it’s all aligned, so I feel like it didn’t help my recession and actually pulled my upper teeth down to close my bite, which doesn’t look amazing. I am so insecure about my jaw and face shape and really disheartened about my ortho experience. I am thinking about jaw filler, chin filler, or a deep plane neck lift
