My wife and I just built our house and are trying to figure out how to configure our outdoor kitchen area.

The area we want to designate to cooking/eating is 9’ x 20’ x 10’. We have a propane connector and electrical outlets in the space.

I want to put a Blackstone and a smoker side by side, but I’m worried about the heat warping the ceiling.

Would a range hood be enough of a fix? What would you do with the space? Open to any suggestions as I’m very new at this.
