Just getting over a cold and went crazy vaping one day and now I have a crackle (not constant, mainly mornings) I’ve been a heavy smoker for 8 years and vaping for about 6.
I have downloaded the quit smoking buddy app. My quit date is in 9 days. I’m trying to taper down my vaping to once an hour or and in a few days do once every 4 hours etc.
I need suggestions for helping me along. I am worried I won’t be able to do this, but I am so done with being attached to this stupid device.
