How do you know what a burp feels like, if you've never burped? I feel things moving in my throat, but what's a burp? What's a microburp? Are there other movements that are neither of those? How can I tell? How does a real burp feel like? Is it only a burp if I can taste what I ate/drank?

How much sodawater did you drink to "practise"? A glass an hour? A glass a day? Already asked my doctor, they were pretty vague.

Are there positions that helped you provoke or help the new burping motion? Did you have someone burp you?
