My son will be 8 months old on Mother’s Day. We’re still having trouble with night wakes, and I’ve resigned myself to the fact we need to stop co-rooming. This means I will soon be moving his crib into my office.

Son is not a good sleeper generally, and when we took a trip together a couple weeks ago, the pack n play became lava and we ended up co-sleeping those two nights. I’d like to set us up for success transitioning him to his own room. Any advice?
