Lost Access to My 2FA
Okay for starters, I'm not locked out of my account. I thought I was but it turned out I was still logged in on the Roblox app on my PC, so I used Quick Sign-In to sign in on my other devices.
My issue is I don't remember my password. I apparently changed it before and I have NO idea what I changed it to, and I wanna make sure I'm able to sign into my account in the future, without depending on Quick Sign-In (I don't have access to the number associated with the account anymore). I have 2FA enabled on my account, but for some reason I don't have my Roblox account on my authenticator anymore. I needed that authenticator to change my password, phone number, etc. I also needed it in order to take 2FA off my account.
I've sent two tickets to Roblox Support, got the same exact AI answer with articles both times. I have no idea how to fix this without talking to a human being.
I've tried searching through this subreddit with people who had the same issue, but I couldn't find any straight answers besides people just saying to be as descriptive as possible in the ticket, which I did try to do, but I'll try again. If anyone has had the same issue and got it resolved, please tell me!! Thank you!
