I know I take the risk when I purchase makeup or skincare items on WhatNot. It’s a gamble, for sure. HOWEVER, if I have proof that half of the items I purchased have expired, then I should have the right to return them for a refund!
I take photos and add that the product has expired and I get THIS as a response? Come on, now. Just admit that your products are old and let me return them or refund them. It’s a shame if they want a return - not because it bothers me, but because another unknowing person will buy them - and the saga continues.
I swear it’s the same company (not naming names) that always has expired stuff, but claim to be the god of WhatNot beauty. Spare me.
Admit the wrong doing. Whatnot - keep track of how many customers are complaining about expired items and take some sort of action!
