Hi, I am looking to rent a 2BHK flat in Tridhaatu Aum, Chembur. The locality looks decent and the flat itself is quite nice. I am concerned however that the building is still under construction; lots of exposed wires, tilework etc. going on and I have also heard that the builder has gone bankrupt. Is it still advisable to rent in light of this? In general should I be wary of renting in buildings that are still under construction?
