I applied for a role, was offered interview, couldn't attend as had already undertaken a role elsehwere.
I consented to have my application withdrawn internally by the hiring team (not myself through my smartjobs Accnt).
Now I am ready to reapply, but I need to 'delete' the withdrawn application to do so.
Only problem is, there is no delete button on any page within this job code under 'my applications'.
There is no email address, I have called the listed landline for the hiring manager twice with no success, I have left two voicemails now.
I have spoken w/ Smartjobs chat portal and over the phone - their instruction was to delete the withdrawn application myself, and/or contact the hiring manager - basically, they can't do anything about it.
I don't want to keep pestering the phone line though, as I don't want to come off seeming desperate.
Does anyone know how to fix the issue on Smartjobs.qld.gov.au?
