Trying to figure out Class 1-A adult heights from More
Now that the More anime episode has finally come out I thought it'd be interesting to try and use it to try to figure out Class 1-A's heights as adults. Before anything else, a couple points that need to be addressed: First, the heights seem to be kind of inconsistent from shot to shot, so I don't really know how accurate this is going to be, but unless they just drop the numbers somewhere, we don't really have a better choice. And second, it isn't very realistic that these guys have grown this much since 16, specially the girls. But considering this is anime and most of them have pretty different body frames now, I think it's just clearly a fact that they've grown a lot. Now, let's have some group shots for reference:
Obviously the comparisons sitting down are less reliable, but it's worth taking into account still. And another problem is that since they've all grown and we don't know how much on paper, we can't really do anything by comparing them to each other. Thankfully, we have Toga to be our anchor. Since she's a ghost or whatever, it's fair to assume she's still the same height:157cm. This used to be one cm taller than Ochaco, but how do they compare now?

Unfortunately because she's pushing her and there's a lot of movement in the scene there isn't really a very straightforward comparison. However it seems pretty clear that Ochaco is now notably taller than the 157cm Toga. This is reinforced when we compare her to Deku and him to Bakugo.

Deku and Ochaco is very straightforward. They just have the same height difference they used to have, which was 10cm.
The comparison of Deku with Bakugo is more inconsistent. Sometimes they look the same height but sometimes Bakugo looks fairly taller, But given that there's a shot that's both in the anime and the manga where they look around the same height and it's a frontal shot where they're standing next to each other (literally couldn't be a more clear height comparison), I'm gonna say they're pretty close now, unlike as teens. Given their previous height difference, that means Deku has to have grown quite a bit, which is consistent with Ochaco. Guess Bakugo didn't grow that much after 16, but given how tall Ochaco seems compared to Toga, he's still taller than before, and since he looks taller in some shots, I'm gonna guess he's slightly taller than Deku still.
Just to have some rough guesstimates, I'm going to start giving numbers. I'd say Ochaco is now 164cm, Deku 174cm and Bakugo 176cm. Now we can use them to compare the rest, starting with Ochaco and Tsuyu.
These two definitely have the most shots to compare, but it's also the most inconsistent. Sometimes they look almost he same height, other times Ochaco looks like she's a whole head taller. Tsuyu's slouching habit doesn't help either. But overall I'd say it looks like Tsuyu's height relative to Ochaco is the same a Toga's from earlier, so I'll go with 157cm for her. Now let's use Bakugo to try to figure out Kirishima and some others.
Let's ignore Deku and Bakugo in the second pic because they're on the foreground and look taller than they should be, and focus on the car instead. Once again the fact that they're sitting makes things messy, but even so Kirishima looks notably taller than Bakugo now. In the group shot he also looks really tall, so I'd say he's above 180cm now.
In that group shot Ojiro looks comparable to him and the other images show them significantly shorter than Ida. Meanwhile Sato is taller than Ida and Tokoyami is way shorter than Kirishima. Tokoyami also looks quite short in the group shot. And since there isn't really any better comparisons, we can use the group shot to establish that Shoji is even taller than Sato. So I'm gonna give some numbers here and go with 182cm for Kirishima, 181cm for Ojiro, 190cm for Ida, 195cm for Sato and 199cm for Shoji. I'll get to Tokoyami in a bit, but first, Mina and Kaminari.
Once again, ignore Deku and Bakugo in the first pic, but the comparison for the other 3 should be clear enough. Kirishima is quite a bit taller than them and Kaminari is taller than Mina, but the interesting thing is that Mina doesn't look all that much shorter than him, neither here or in the group shot. In the restaurant she also seems clearly taller than Ochaco, although once again, sitting complicates things and the angles aren't good. She also seems slightly taller than Aoyama, who used to be 168cm. So this might be the hottest take in the post, but I'd say Mina might be above 170cm now. Girl's grown a lot. So I'm gonna go with 175cm for Kaminari, 171cm for Mina and 170cm for Aoyama. And since Tokoyami looks shorter than Aoyama both in the group shot and when sitting, I'll go with 168cm for him. Now let's use Kaminari to figure out Momo, Jiro and Shoto.
So in the restaurant Kaminari looks clearly taller than Jiro and slightly shorter than Momo. This is extra messy because Kaminari seems like he's slouching a bit, but on the other hand they're sitting. On paper, women lose more height than men when sitting since they have longer legs relative to their torso (and the girls in class 1-a absolutely have those proportions). In the standing comparison with Shoto I'd say Momo also looks slightly taller. She also looks only slightly shorter than Ojiro and Kirishima in the group shot. Speaking of Shoto, he's notably taller than both of them now, and Jiro is notably shorter and looks comparable to Ochaco in the group shot. So I'm gonna go with 178cm for Momo, 185cm for Shoto, and 165cm for Jiro. Now let's try to figure out the rest.
Sero looks comparable to Shoto and also not much shorter than Ida when sitting. I'll guess 186cm for him. Mineta doesn't look any more tiny than he used to compared to his classmates, and if anything he looks less chibi. I'm gonna go with 120cm for him.
Toru's invisibility obviously makes things hard, but based on where her shoulders are I'd guess she's a bit taller than Jiro now? I'm gonna say 166cm.
Koda and Shinsho don't really have any good comparisons. Toru could be one but the fact that she's invisible makes it a mess plus they're sitting. From the group shot it looks like Koda is somewhere between Kirishima and Sato and not that much taller than Sero, so I'll go with 189cm for him.
Shinsho is clearly shorter than Koda but taller than Toru. That doesn't say much. He also doesn't look super tall in the group shot and I'd say he's shorter than Shoto if he wasn't on the bus. 180cm for him I guess.
So here's my barely scientific guesstimates for all of class 1-A:
Shoji: 199cm (6'6.35'')
Sato: 195cm (6'4.77'')
Ida: 190cm (6'2.8'')
Koda: 189cm (6'2.41'')
Sero: 186cm (6'1.23'')
Shoto: 185cm (6'0.83'')
Kirishima: 182cm (5'11.65')
Ojiro: 181cm (5'11.26'')
Shinsho: 180cm (5'10.87'')
Momo: 178cm (5'10.08'')
Bakugo: 176cm (5'9.29'')
Kaminari: 175cm (5'8.9'')
Deku: 174cm (5'8.5'')
Mina: 171cm (5'7.32'')
Aoyama: 170cm (5'6.93'')
Tokoyami: 168cm (5'6.14'')
Toru: 166cm (5'5.35'')
Jiro: 165cm (5'4.96'')
Ochaco: 164cm (5'4.57'')
Tsuyu: 157cm (5'1.81'')
Mineta: 120cm (3'11.24'')
Overall, pretty tall people and pretty crazy growth, but as I said, it's just a fact that they're a lot taller now. These guys really went through a second puberty at 18 or something.
So those are my thoughts looking at the pics. You can comment your own guesses if you have a different impression (Remember to take the positions into account). Or maybe I missed some shots that could be good comparisons. Or maybe someone has done crazy pixel measurements. I just thought it was worth trying to figure out since we have no official post-timeskip heights.
