I was wondering if I could get a bit of insight on a predicament I'm having. The screen on my old phone (with the Total Wireless network) broke so I bought an unlocked Moto G on eBay to replace it. The old phone only had an eSIM so I had to pay $75 for a new sim and re-activation when I took the new phone to Total Wireless. However, ~10 hours after this “re-activation”, I still do not have service or signal. I called customer service and they said to wait 24-72 hours for things to connect. Is this normal?
