Image 1 — I ordered a top from Macy’s & whoever put together my package forgot to take the tag off. I have tried strong magnets & they don’t work to remove it. I can bring it to Macy’s if I have to. Any tips on what to actually do with the magnets other than lining them up with the tag & pulling?
