Boise rentals: best way to find private owners?
Does anyone have good advice for finding private landlords/owner-managed rentals in the Boise area?
My family and I would really prefer renting directly from an owner instead of a big property management company after some bad experiences. Looking for a house, duplex, or townhome around Boise/Meridian/Nampa.
