No hate to whoever this is, but I stumbled across this and had to share. If this is your profile, I'm genuinely sorry lol

everyone keeps saying mocks are the main thing and not just practice but honestly I don’t get it fully because I thought first you study properly then test yourself but here it feels like people are just giving mocks again and again and learning from that, and I tried that once and my scores were so random it just killed my mood for days so now I keep avoiding it even though I know I shouldn’t, like I’ll sit to study but when it comes to actually giving a mock I just delay it thinking what if it goes bad again and I lose whatever little motivation I have, not sure if I’m doing this wrong or this is just how it is in the beginning

Lmk what to do 🥹

graduated last year and i’m still figuring out my direction. i’ve been exploring a few things, and mba keeps coming up as an option because of the kind of roles and exposure it offers in corporate. not looking for generic “do it/don’t do it” takes, just trying to understand how people who were unsure at one point evaluated whether it made sense for them

came across this recruiter list for iim bangalore and it looks really strong, but i’m trying to understand how much it actually matters. like do most of these companies hire in good numbers every year or is it more about just being listed. while comparing colleges, should we focus on recruiter names or other things like roles, shortlists, etc?
