After 14 and 15, I've really lost interest in the doctor. He doesn't feel like the same character and he's done things I can't unsee. And I would assume many people feel like this who have stopped watching.

So what do you think they could do to repair the damage done to the Doctors character? Is it still salvageable? What would you do as showrunner?

Edit: My question really is how would you get a mainstream audience back?
