Sound i be worried?

Currently 25 weeks pregnant with a boy with TGA+VSD (+ either PFO aneurism or ASD/AVSD). I find the reading from my 24w ultrasound doppler of A. Cerebi Media to be very low. The doctor did not mention anything about this during the scan, i havet another ultrasound (at the hospital where he will have his operation at) next week and want to be prepared with the correct questions so wondering if this is normal or not.

atrial septal aneurysm

Im 24 weeka pregnant with a boy who has TGA and VSD. The doctor thinks he also has an atrial septal aneurysm (but could possibly be an ASD) but it is to early to tell. Im just wondering if anyone has experience with this? I didnt get much answers on treatment for atrial septal aneurysms and find it more difficult to find answers online. We will have a new ultrasound at the hospital where the operation (for at least TGA and VSD) will be done in about 4 weeks but want to be as prepared as possible before that.

I am pregnant with a child who has chd (TGA), he will require surgery likely within the first week after birth but due to some still unknown factors it could be postponed to up to 6 ish months (large ASD/AVSD). Anything i can do now and once he is born to ensure that he feels as safe as possible with the upcoming surgery, all medical examinations, etc.? And in general any tips and tricks are most welcome!
