Anybody interested in a EU-spec Final Editions?

Anybody interested in a EU-spec A90 Final Edition?

I’m Italian and they’re selling one of the few still available in my hometown, Torino, so I may be able to help serious buyers connect locally.

Some highlights of the EU Final Edition:

  • 435 hp / 570 Nm
  • 6-speed MT
  • Akrapovič titanium exhaust
  • KW adjustable suspension
  • GT4-inspired carbon aero + swan-neck wing
  • 19" Brembo brakes
  • Cup 2 tires + forged wheels (19" front, 20" rear)
  • Recaro carbon bucket seats
  • Alcántara/carbón interiors

Supra Final Edition Crazy Asking Price

Serious question:

do you think this is a joke, are they just fishing to see if someone bites, or do they genuinely think there are buyers that desperate for an FE in Undercover?

Note: I have noticed there is some confusion on the mk5 Final Edition; this is the US one, it costs $8,500 more than the Premium and it has a few improvements (I have made a post with the full list a few months ago). The one in the picture has an MSRP of ~73,000. The European version is a big leap: 429 hp, swan neck Wing, Track seats, Akrapovich exhaust.

iMSR up 19.89%

Riot Platform (RIOT) announced it had inked a new deal with Terrestrial Energy (IMSR) to co-locate molten salt nuclear reactors with hyperscale data centers.

Simply put, they want to build data centers for artificial intelligence workflows, high performance computing, and Bitcoin (BTC) mining with small nuclear power plants located nearby to provide constant and reliable energy.

Anybody has additional details on this deal?

I recently bought a 2026 MT Final Edition and I wanted to share some thoughts on this (to me) incredible car.

Let's start with the price: I think ~$72k for a Final Edition is fair. I wouldn’t be surprised if in less than 10 years this car will sold for $100k+ given the current depreciation and how rare manual ICE sports cars are becoming (I reck this is a bold statement but set a reminder and reach out in a few years!).

Let me tell you why, in my opinion, in the <$100k price range the mk5 is one of the best sports cars you can buy.

  • fun factor: 8.5/10, I mainly do canyons and -rarely-track and it's hard to get out of the car!
  • Inline-6
  • RWD
  • 3,389 lbs
  • 400 HP (BMW tends to underrate these engines)
  • ~50/50 weight distribution
  • MT (AT8 is also very good)
  • steering is responsive and smooth
  • B58 is an amazing engine: fast, reliable, and can handle significant power increases (~550hp with basic mods)
  • looks (this is personal): unique; with the right wheels and lowering springs it really stands out
  • suspension is good; the FE setting is a noticeable improvement
  • brakes are strong

On the negative side:

  • infotainment is not great (nav isn’t amazing, but you get used to it
  • sound system is low quality (fixable with small upgrades and removing fake engine noise)
  • OEM wheels don’t do it justice
  • steering wheel feels a bit thin/cheap

I’ve seen criticism like “it’s a BMW” (the platform is shared with the BMW Z4), but honestly that doesn't make sense to me: the engine and platform are proven and for Toyota to develop a dedicated engine it would have put the Supra at a much higher price point, considering the low production number (~3,000 cars/year). Same with things like fake vents… they don’t really impact the driving experience. I’ve read/watched a lot of reviews (~60-70), and I haven’t seen many that criticize how the car actually drives, or the emotions it gives; most focus on details that, in my opinion, are secondary.

If you haven’t, I suggest test driving one, you’ll understand...

Cheers everybody!
