Bought a Whirlpool washing machine, top of the line 4 years ago when our Samsung crapped the bed after 5 years. Thinking Whirlpool was the way to go, it broke and was leaking oil. Not only did we pay $152 for service to come out just to tell us we needed to buy a new washer after such a short period of time, but we were only give 20% off of a new washer, which only covered pretty much what we spent for the service. What a sham, and so disappointing. I took it a step further and reached out to Whirlpool corporate in addition to their customer service line, no reply. u/whirlpool is CRAP
