How would I stay in time? I have been playing percussion for 4 years and cant stay in time for the life of me. It’s not like I’m not trying either, I had drum lessons for 3 years and had multiple teachers. I feel my rudiments are pretty decent, my sight reading is good, but I drag. I have not been able to figure it out either, the most iv figured it out was my feet. I have been practicing my feet a ton but I feel there are other things dragging me down.

Side note: At my last audition I was told I was spaced out or distracted?
