I have my NAC exam coming up and just wanted some insight into the level of difficulty of cases. Are most cases fairly straightforward with classic presentations, where you can quickly think of differentials from the door prompt? Or are they more complex and require time to piece together? Also, are there trick elements, or is it more about covering core, common scenarios?
