Can anyone recommend any over the counter products that can help with burning lashline and red eyelids? I don't have eczema or crusts. Just red, inflammed and sore. ​​​

I was wondering if anyone has experience using ILube​?

I'm a little bit anxious about us it, as it has a nasty preservative in it. I don't have any mucous or anything but my ophthalmologist thought it might help with MGD. Can I just put this on my lash line instead of inserting it as a drop? Any ideas or experiences would be great. ​​​​​
