I missed the 7 day period to pay half of the fees because my wife had emergency surgery and i couldnt leave her side which made me be late in paying the first half that was due.

Ever since ive been talking to the lawyer and clerks about what to do and they said i have to do things that i have no idea what they are, like motions and certificates of order i just dont understand this bullshit and need help any pointers?
