Storage/food for 2 week trip

Hey there,

This summer I'm planning on going to a kayaking tour with a few friends and we calculated around 2 weeks for it. We plan do paddle down a long river (300km+) and see how far we can go. We'll be bringing inflatables as we plan to get there by public transport and there would be a bus every day in case something goes wrong. We could even use it to skip sections we're uncomfortable with or if we run out of food. In some parts we'd ideally need to bring food for 4-5 days as there won't be a store fort that many days.

All of us have previous experience but none of us has done a trip this long so we're wondering if you guys would have tips on how/what to pack. We'll have a fair amount of space but we're wondering on how to maximize it and use it the most efficient.

We'll be travelling in pairs of twos in Gumotex Swing 2's and we were wondering if anyone has any tips regarding storage. Maybe there is a smart way to easily "increase" storage we haven't thought of yet? We were planning to bring compression (dry) bags so that things like clothes don't use a lot of space and we have more space for food/gear.

We're based in the EU so if you post any links to online shops or gear it would be nice if it would be available in Europe : )

Cheers
