My 18 year old brother is the biggest idiot when it comes to cars

So basically what happened is my brother's aircon died and somehow his brain did too, He thought the coolant will fix the aircon issue.
So he completely overfilled the coolant like its full full when the engine is cold because he thought more coolant = more aircon power
Two days later the engine seizes I'm not a mechanic but I assume it's the pressure bulid up but I could be wrong
But it gets better 4 months ago when he was loving with us he was worried the paint peeling due to the summer heat so he grabbed a spf 50 sunscreen bottle and just slathering the bonnet the roof
I said to him "Mate that will make the paint even worse with the grease" he was like "nah it's good for cars" then I just laughed walking away
Few days later I saw all the nasty grease streaks on the car
When he got his license 6 months ago he thinks he's scotty Kilmore
I think years of being a eshay hanging out in shopping centres stealing stuff, running from the police, starting fights over postcode wars and dumb shit destroyed half his braincells and finally caught up to him
Im honestly surprised he haven't lost his license maybe its because he drives a 2006 Holden astra given from his aunt and complains to me it's slow and boring
