Hello. Short and sweet- I'm breaking up with Legalzoom. I formed my LLC through them, maintained a registered agent with them, and I'm so disgusted with them robbing me blind. I need to file an annual report with my secretary of state because it has my business listed as "inactive". Do I need to form a relationship with a small business attorney in lieu of everything I've been doing in Legalzoom?
