I currently live in Hoboken and need to move out of my apartment in a few months. I’m looking for a 1bed apartment in the shipyard area. I toured a unit in 1425 Hudson in the past and loved the building - so got my heart set on something opening there but know availability is limited!
I was wondering if anyone has advice on locating opportunities in any of the Hudson tea condos timely since they’re are all individually owned and competitive.
Or if anyone knows of someone planning to move out June - September ish and would be able to connect me I would be sooooo grateful (can be flexible on timing as well).
Slim chance, but thought it was worth asking if anyone has connections in 1425 or the other buildings! Included a few details about me (would be living with my partner) below if anyone is considering helping me out :)
-27 year old couple
-no pets
-no smoking
-I work in Hudson yards, he works outside city via drive
-we’re excited about small quiet building, typically bed by 9-10, up at 5-6 to workout before work people
-history of renting with no issues
-ideally looking to stay for a few years (until we consider moving further from city and buying)
-happy to provide credit score or other info
