my account got hacked 2 days ago and i opened ticket right away providing information as much as I can but they put solved on it. after that i did it again and I'm still waiting for reply. can someone help me how can i get my account back?

i remember old names, emails passwords but I don't know what my first agent was or gun buddy or anything like that. i was very disappointed when they just brushed me off with some information didn't match since i had that acc years ago. hacker changed my password and is actively playing on my acc and I feel like i can't do anything anymore...​​
