💰 THE FINANCIALS (Total Transparency):
• Your Rent: $500 / month
• Dates: June 1st – July 31st.
• BONUS: I have already paid the rent for the month of May. If you need to move in early, you can take the keys as early as May 23th completely for FREE.
• NO HIDDEN FEES: Green Street Realty legally requires a $150 sublease fee to process the paperwork. I am paying this fee myself. You pay exactly $500/month and not a penny more in administrative fees. I am also willing to provide a free indoor parking if you have car!
• Utilities: Included in the rent!
