I’m seeing 100% "perfect" applications lately. Everyone sounds like a Harvard grad. But when I get them in a live interview, half of them can't reason through a simple ethical dilemma. How are you guys verifying that a candidate is actually a "thinker" and not just a "prompter"? Is there any standard for this yet?
