I generally only play in tournaments. This week the app has started doing this thing when I touch on the board to make a move, it swipes right (I don’t swipe!) and takes me out to the tournament lobby.
Sometimes I can find my game in the Games section and rejoin it, which only costs me ~20 seconds (I only play 3/0 games so that’s a big hit). But most of the time my game isn’t even listed and I just get a loss. This has happened multiple times for each of the last few days and has cost me tons of ELO. One game I “lost” was to someone 750 points below me, another 400, and on and on.
I’ve tried support but haven’t heard back and at this point I’m afraid to play any more but don’t want to sit out all weekend or longer. Is this happening to anyone else? Anything I can do to stop it? Thanks in advance.
