KINGDOM COLLAPSE
Announce New Album Survivor
Share Video For Title Track

Kingdom Collapse create the soundtrack to survival. The San Antonio, TX hard rock band alchemizes unfathomable tragedy, trauma, and loss into massive and magnetic anthems powered by pummeling instrumentation and arena-size hooks that remind you to never give up.

Today, the band is thrilled to announce its new album Survivor, which arrives OCTOBER 30 via Mascot Records. Pre-save it here.

The band also shared the video for the impactful and anthemic title track. It will hit you in all the feels. Watch it here

"I wrote 'Survivor' while looking back at times of struggle and loss in my life," states singer Jonathan Norris. "I realized that those experiences made me who I am Today. We want our fans to know that whatever life puts in your path, you can overcome."

Bassist Aaron Smith shares, "'Survivor' is an anthem for all of humanity. Whether it's big or small, we all have challenges in our lives. Optimism is the key for getting through the storms that life brings our way. With a positive mindset and a fighting mentality, we can all be 'Survivors.'"

SURVIVOR TRACK LISTING:
"Survivor"
"Watch You Bleed"
"Ripping Out the Heart"
"Victorious"
"Unwritten"
"Burn"
"Who I Am"
"Up In Flames"
"ELEVATE"
'"More Than a Memory"
"Save Me From Myself"
"Unbreakable"
"Blue Skies"

Kingdom Collapse originated out of the childhood friendship between aforementioned vocalist Norris and Smith, who grew up together, found music around the same time, and recognized its power after Jonathan endured the loss of his father at eight-years-old.

In order to cope, he immediately retreated into music and the embrace of a small community — which included Aaron's family. This was the turning point where both boys realized the power of friendship, the power of music, and their potential together.  "I saw my father die right in front of my eyes," Jonathan sighs. "I didn't even know what was happening. In some ways, that darkness has never left. Music became my light. I connected with it, and it gave me hope for the future. Kingdom Collapse is a band that carries that torch."

Jonathan and Aaron each made the rounds in local bands and even collaborated a few times on short-lived projects. When they finally joined forces in Kingdom Collapse, it was as if everything they'd gone through as friends prepared them to make a statement together.

Jonathan tapped Aaron to play bass, and they rounded out the lineup by welcoming guitarist David Work and drummer Gaston Flores into the fold. Their quiet and devoted grind paid off when their breakout track "Uprise" resonated on a global scale, gathering 5 million-plus Spotify streams and bulldozing the way for 2022's independent Unbreakable EP. The latter housed their biggest single to date "Unbreakable," which has generated north of 11 million Spotify streams and hit No. 1 on Octane. Unafraid to put in the work, the four-piece didn't bother with day jobs and went all-in on music, hitting the road for hundreds of shows a year. They shared stages with everyone from Three Days Grace and Nothing More to From Ashes To New, Fire From The Gods, ATTACK ATTACK!, and Adelita's Way.

In 2025, they caught the attention of Mascot Records and inked a deal with the label. Now, Kingdom Collapse hold nothing back on their new single.

SAOSIN Announce Self-Titled 20th Anniversary Tour

SAOSIN Announces SELF-TITLED 20th Anniversary Tour

Fresh off the release of their latest single “Starting Over Again”, rock band Saosin is excited to announce plans for a special 20th anniversary tour to celebrate their debut SELF-TITLED album. Originally released in 2006, the album charted at #22 on the Billboard 200 and featured hit singles “VOICES”, “BURY YOUR HEAD”, and “YOU’RE NOT ALONE”. Additionally, the album is now officially certified RIAA GOLD. The tour kicks off on October 23rd with special guests Silent Planet, Like Moths to Flames, and Save Us.

During the creation of SELF TITLED, I don’t think we fully understood the album we were making at the time. We were just doing the same thing we have always done, and are still doing nowAnd that’s making the best music we can,” reflects guitarist Beau Burchell. “We had no idea the impact it would have on so many people’s lives and the genre. Getting to revisit it 20 years later, with that appreciation and perspective, gives us a new invigorated energy that we are so excited to bring to the stage.”

He continues: “There’s a different weight to these songs when you’ve lived with them for two decades. Not only for us, but for all the fans who have shared their stories with us over the years. The connection people have to these songs is unreal, so the opportunity to share and celebrate our SELF-TITLED record across the U.S. in a live setting is something very important to us. It’s crazy to think we are at peak performance 20 years into our career, but it really does feel that way, and we are chomping at the bit to bring this show to as many people as we can.

“Our SELF-TITLED album defined a major chapter of my life, as well as the lives of so many others,” adds vocalist Cove Reber. “I grew up through these songs, the shows, and the touring we did together. Celebrating this record now is not only about honoring the fans who grew up alongside us, but also the new fans who are growing up with us today. We’ve come to understand what that musical era of our lives truly meant, and I’m excited to bring it back to the stage with a renewed sense of energy and excitement.”

Saosin made their explosive return this year, signing to Sumerian Records and releasing the new single “Starting Over Again.” Produced by the guitar players in the band, the track marks Saosin’s first new music in over a decade and the first in 14 years with returning vocalist Cove Reber. The current lineup features guitar players Beau Burchell and Phil Sgrosso, bassist Chris Sorenson, and drummer Alex Rodriguez.

Fans around the world can look forward to seeing Saosin live this year. The band recently had their most successful tour of New Zealand and Australia, followed by dates in Southeast Asia. They’ll be in the UK at Slam Dunk Festival later this month and will be performing at Vans Warped Tour in Mexico City and Aftershock Festival in Sacramento later this year. Following the upcoming headline tour, they’ll be setting sail from Miami with the Emo’s Not Dead Cruise at the top of 2027. For a full list of upcoming shows, please visit: https://saosin.com/.

“Sick New World is an annual heavy metal music festival held at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds in Winchester, Nevada. The first edition took place in 2023. The festival was co-created by David "Beno" Benveniste and Live Nation Entertainment, and is operated by Live Nation's subsidiary C3 Presents in partnership with Benveniste's Velvet Hammer Music and Management Group, and is described as the "sister festival" to the pop-punk oriented When We Were Young festival which is run by the same company and takes place at the same location.” (Wiki)

This was my second time at Sick New World and really enjoyed it. Here’s hoping this can be a continued experience in Las Vegas because I think most people who make the trip truly enjoy it. Personal highlights were Korn, Evanescence, Deafheaven, Danny Elfman, and End it. -Luke

VANA Drops Music Video For "In Your Name"

Vana Drops Official Music Video For “IN YOUR NAME”

Auckland’s pop-tinged industrial metal vanguard, Vana has today released the official music video for her current single “In Your Name,” out now via Sumerian Records. Arriving as the latest visual chapter in Vana’s expanding creative universe, the “In Your Name” video pushes deeper into the lore and world-building first introduced in the official video for “Pray.” Where that clip opened the door into Vana’s dark, devotional world, “In Your Name” steps further inside. Watch the video HERE. Stream the track HERE

Since release a month ago, “In Your Name” has already surpassed 500,000 streams, continuing the momentum behind Vana’s first wave of music for Sumerian Records. The track follows “Pray,” which has amassed over 3.7 million streams on Spotify alone and 672,000 YouTube views and counting.

Speaking on the track, Vana previously shared:

“Falling in love is painful. Where there is equal love, there will inevitably be equal loss. Sometimes you fall in love even when it hurts you. Sometimes, loving someone you know is bad for you hurts less than grieving the loss of that love.

“In Your Name” demonstrates how far some would go in the name of love, no matter how toxic that love may be.”

Adding further context to today’s video release, Vana goes on to share

“The ‘In Your Name’ music video lives in that space where love and grief become indistinguishable.  It explores the aftermath of love and when it decays. The video explores the anger and lingering tenderness that come with loss how we try to bury pain instead of facing it and how it inevitably resurfaces.’

The video lands as Vana’s first US headline run, The Lady In Red Tour, continues to build serious heat across North America. The tour has already sold over 15,000 tickets including sold out shows in Atlanta, Orlando, Philadelphia, New York, Washington DC, Boston, Cleveland, Chicago, Kansas City, Denver, Portland, Sacramento, Anaheim, Phoenix and Dallas as well as festival appearances on Warped Tour (DC, LB, Orlando), Louder Than Life Festival, Knotfest Mexico & is featured on the 2027 Shiprocked cruise lineup.

Having already amassed over 85 million streams across platforms, nearly 1 million Spotify monthly listeners, and a combined social following of over 1.2 million across TikTok and Instagram, Vana is fast establishing herself as one of alternative music’s most compelling new voices. With “In Your Name,” she sharpens the edges of a world that is growing darker, bigger, and more fully realised with every release.

Carnifex Sign To Sumerian Records; Drop New Single "Roses and Rotting Corpses"

CARNIFEX

Sign To Sumerian Records & Drop New Single

“ROSES AND ROTTING CORPSES”

Southern California deathcore titans Carnifex have officially signed to Sumerian Records, marking the beginning of a powerful new chapter for one of extreme music’s most enduring forces. To celebrate the announcement, the band have released their brand new single, “Roses and Rotting Corpses,” stream the single HERE and watch the music video HERE

For nearly two decades, Carnifex have occupied the darker edge of American deathcore, building a catalogue defined by punishing heaviness, blackened atmosphere and a visual world steeped in death, horror and the occult. Emerging from Southern California in 2005, Carnifex were seminal in shaping the genre’s first wave and have remained at its pinnacle since.

With “Roses and Rotting Corpses,” Carnifex open the door on their next era. The track arrives with the weight and menace fans expect, but there is a renewed sense of intent behind it, a sharpened vision that pulls the band’s apocalyptic heaviness further into darkness while setting the stage for what comes next.

Speaking on the signing and new single, the band shares:

“We’ve entered a new era of Carnifex, and I couldn’t be happier to do it with Sumerian Records. Carnifex and the team at Sumerian have parallel histories going back nearly two decades, so to finally be working together on what will arguably be our best album is an incredible feeling. Our new song ‘Roses & Rotting Corpses’ is just the beginning of this next chapter.”

For Carnifex, the move signals more than a label change. It marks a fresh creative phase for a band that continues to honour deathcore’s roots while expanding its atmosphere, extremity and emotional scope.

Known for their visceral live performances and relentless global touring history, Carnifex have become a fixture across death metal, black metal, metalcore and hardcore lineups, bringing their chaotic, emotionally charged sound to stages around the world. From packed clubs to major festival crowds, the band’s live presence remains one of the clearest expressions of what has kept them vital for two decades.

Carnifex are currently touring the US on the Chaos & Carnage Tour with Bodysnatcher, 200 Stab Wounds, Ingested, Gates To Hell, and Bodybox and will be playing Welcome To Rockville this weekend and Sonic Temple on May 14th. Remaining dates below. Tickets available HERE.

For over 20 years, the quintet — Chris Motionless [vocals], Ricky Olson [guitar], Ryan Sitkowski [guitar], Vinny Mauro[drums], and Justin Morrow [bass] — have resided in their own shadowy corner of alternative music and culture. The group’s uncanny alchemy of metal, hardcore, goth, industrial, and electronic has magnetically attracted an ardent audience, fueling a quiet rise out of the Rust Belt and into arenas as a headlining force of nature.  Their D.I.Y. work ethic drives the evolution of an immersive world where stunning visuals match the scope of the sound. The collective come full circle on their seventh full-length offering Decades. LOVEBITES Release "Reaper's Lullaby"; New Album Outstanding Power Out Now

Lovebites Release Video For New Single “Reaper’s Lullaby”

New Album, Outstanding Power, Out Today

Their impressive show at the legendary Budokan in Tokyo just behind them, Japanese power metal quintet LOVEBITES are ready for the worldwide physical release of their new album, Outstanding Power, with a new video for “Reaper’s Lullaby.” The song ventures into rougher territory: Not only do LOVEBITES harshen their sound to be reminiscent of thrash metal, but they also add gang shouts to enhance the stirring character. Delightfully fast, “Reaper’s Lullaby” repeats its lyrics to burn in their meaning, giving the words significant weight and turning the song into another standout showing LOVEBITES’ versatile skills. The accompanying album, Outstanding Power, is out Today, Friday, May 8, via Napalm Records — find physical formats below!

Additionally, the band will embark on a European and UK tour in July and August this year in support of the album, including a festival appearance at Germany’s legendary Wacken Open Air. Tickets are on sale now here and you can find the full list of dates below.

LOVEBITES about “Reaper’s Lullaby”:
“While our music is fundamentally rooted in power metal, we embrace a wide range of musical styles. Among them, ‘Reaper’s Lullaby’ can be described as a fast and brutal track at 240 BPM, featuring tremolo riffs that convey a cold, chilling atmosphere and distill one of the most aggressive facets of LOVEBITES’ musical identity. The music video also stays true to the song’s image, depicting us performing within a circle formed by candles, resulting in a dark visual presentation that differs from previous LOVEBITES music videos. We invite you to fully experience the dark side of LOVEBITES.”

LOVEBITES showcase their unmatched force on their aptly named Napalm Records debut, Outstanding Power. Coming May 8, the Japanese power metal quintet is ready to expand their reach with a new heavy-hitting partner by their side for their tenth anniversary as a band. Founded in 2016, LOVEBITES have rocket-launched themselves all the way to the top of the metal scene in their home country—including their debut at the legendary Budokan in Tokyo in March of 2026. Additionally, they have made a name for themselves abroad, gaining early recognition at Metal Hammer UK’s Golden Gods Awards and playing major stages across Europe, from Wacken Open Air, Hellfest, and Graspop Metal Meeting to Download Festival and Bloodstock Open Air.

LOVEBITES level up on passion for their fifth album. Thrillingly adding multifaceted elements to their highly skilled power metal, the women let both their vocalist and instrumentalists shine equally with their latest release. Outstanding Power is exactly what it claims to be: outstandingly powerful.

LOVEBITES about Outstanding Power:
“Unlike the solid ground of land, the sea never offers stability. Yet a ship pushes forward across its surface, never yielding to the crashing waves, raging storms, or roaring thunder. It was with this sense of overwhelming power that we created a truly one-of-a-kind album—something only we could bring into the world. We hope metalheads everywhere will draw strength from the songs contained in Outstanding Power, and we look forward to setting sail together aboard the ship called LOVEBITES!”

Outstanding Power dashes forward with galloping riffs and sweeping pathos in its opening song, “The Castaway,” a speedy power metal hymn extraordinaire, featuring rousing vocals and shimmering guitar and bass solos. Encouraging “Silence The Void” ties in with catchy verses, while “Forbidden Thirst” channels the inner turmoil in its lyrics into heroic storytelling through music, crowned again with impressive solos by guitarists Miyako and Midori. In mature “Blazing Halo”, their dual guitars take the form of AC/DC-esque structures, gifting a classical sense to LOVEBITES’ high-energy approach. “Dream Of King” starts off as a stripped-down, mid-tempo anthem, letting vocalist Asami shine, before crescendoing into an emotional firework—an easy album highlight! Following, LOVEBITES channel some classic genre imagery by dedicating “Phoenix Rises Again” to the mighty mythical creature with regenerative powers, a symbol to outlast and overcome struggles. “Out Of Control” is a true rock hymn, perfectly matching its successor “Wheels On Fire” in its heavy metal vibe. A suspenseful riff builds up tension for “The Eve Of Change,” reminding listeners to raise their voices and stand up for themselves—this is the call! With “Reaper’s Lullaby,” the Japanese five-piece ventures into rougher territory, adding gang shouts to a thrash-reminiscent sound. Delightfully fast, repeating the lyrics burns in their meaning, giving the words significant weight and turning the song into another standout showing LOVEBITES’ versatile skills. Instantly contrasting comes the power ballad “Eternally,” layering Asami’s gentle vocals with tender keys before making room for her ardent vibrato and sweeping instrumentals, before Outstanding Power finds its finale with ever so heartfelt “One Will Remain.”

MOTIONLESS IN WHITE ANNOUNCE NEW ALBUM DECADES

SUMMER 2026 HEADLINE TOUR SET FOR JULY

Platinum-selling, Scranton, PA powerhouse MOTIONLESS IN WHITE have just announced their new album DECADES. It arrives JULY 17 via Roadrunner Records. Pre-order it here

Motionless In White are at home in the dark. For over 20 years, the quintet — Chris Motionless [vocals], Ricky Olson [guitar], Ryan Sitkowski [guitar], Vinny Mauro [drums], and Justin Morrow [bass] — have resided in their own shadowy corner of alternative music and culture. The group's uncanny alchemy of metal, hardcore, goth, industrial, and electronic has magnetically attracted an ardent audience, fueling a quiet rise out of the Rust Belt and into arenas as a headlining force of nature.  Their D.I.Y. work ethic drives the evolution of an immersive world where stunning visuals match the scope of the sound.

The collective come full circle on their seventh full-length offering Decades. For as much as it conjures their signature style, the LP sees them continue to confidently cut a path through uncharted territory, spreading a little darkness in their wake.

Today, the band has also dropped the lyric video for the ferocious new single "Playing God" (Featuring Corey Taylor).

"I can't believe how aggressive Corey sounds," Chris Motionless declares. "It's an observational commentary on toxic internet culture and the people who perpetuate it. The internet has gotten worse and worse to the point where only negativity, hatred, and lies are at the forefront of everything you see. It's very frustrating because I thought social media was supposed to be a mechanism to connect, but all it does is divide."

Decades features several high-profile and eclectic guest appearances. In addition to Taylor, Sklyar Grey, and Dark Divine's Anthony Martinez also feature on the album. The band recorded Decades in Upstate New York and Los Angeles with co-producers Drew Fulk and Justin "JD" deBlieck and ultimately incorporated their past, present, and future sounds into one cohesive sound. This is Motionless at their very best.

"We were never afraid to take risks," observes Chris. "This band has not only lasted two decades, but we've also outlasted all of the obstacles we've faced. We're still grinding. No matter how far we expand the universe that is Motionless In White, we're going to preserve the heart, soul, and roots of where we came from. We are never going to abandon heartfelt, emotional, and heavy songs. We are never going to abandon what mattered to us the most when we started. We're finding new ways to emphasize those stories with exciting sounds and looks, but the vision is the same. It's always been this grand, dramatic, and theatrical entity. I'm proud we haven't gotten comfortable."

He finishes, "Decades is definitely heavier than some of our past albums. Our current world bred more aggressive energy, anger, and resistance."

DECADES TRACK LISTING:

"R.I.P." (Feat. Skylar Grey)

Twenty years is a long time to do anything, let alone survive the music industry and still be so inspired to continue doing what we love. Together we will honor what made Inhuman Rampage matter, while showing people exactly where we're going next. Having Alissa in the room changes everything. She doesn't just sing, she makes all aspects of our music better. And she sounds incredible live! I can't wait for the fans to see her and hear what we have been working on."

You feel it before you hear it. And once you hear it, you can’t unhear it. A low, persistent noise throbbing in the background. Scientists say it registers between 30 and 40 hertz. It’s been heard in Ipswich, Massachusetts; Auckland, New Zealand; and Windsor, Ontario. It has haunted the population of Taos, New Mexico, for decades. It’s been linked to suicides in the UK. Not everyone can hear it. No one knows where it’s coming from. They call it The HumConverge have taken this mysterious real-world phenomenon and reimagined it as a physical manifestation of human suffering. Then an idea struck. “What if 'The Hum' is the culmination of all the pain in the world, creating an audible signal across the universe?” vocalist and lyricist Jacob Bannon posits. “Something noticeable to others operating on a similar emotional plane.”

Hum of Hurt follows Love Is Not Enough as Converge’s second full-length release of 2026. Like its predecessor, the album offers a bleak yet empathetic assessment of the human condition and its ongoing deterioration. With this album, the songs are more raw and exposed. “When we came together to write, we ended up with a wealth of material,” Bannon says. “As work progressed we realized we had created two separate albums, and treated them as such.”

The album's latest single— "Doom In Bloom"— is raw and bloody, as guitarist Kurt Ballou’s spiky riffs scrape against Nate Newton’s bass and Ben Koller’s drums. You can practically hear Bannon’s throat tearing apart in every scream. “It’s dark and pointed right at you,” he says. “Lyrically, I’m exploring how my own middle-aged introspection doesn’t always bring a brighter light. I see my own trappings reflected in those around me. Here I am imploring them to slip the noose to see another day.”

Hum of Hurt was recorded and mixed by Kurt Ballou at God City in Salem, Massachusetts, with engineering assistance from Zach Weeks. Bannon and renowned UK artist Thomas Hooper collaborated on the album artwork.

For the cover, I had a vision of an EKG signal fusing with some kind of volatile seismography. This amalgamation represents the conditions that would theoretically create a ‘Hum.’ Specifically the heart skips beats before dissolving into static. The signal is then interrupted by a seismic event at the center point of the cover. In conversation, I shared some of these ideas with artist Thomas Hooper, who offered to illustrate them using scientific diagrams as a source of inspiration. I then spent months creating a mixed media piece for the interior,” Bannon says. “The figures represent the five elements of our planet, or ‘Pancha Bhuta’: Prithvi (Earth), Ap (Water), Agni (Fire), Vayu (Air), and Akasha (Aether). I present them in the throws of chaos, as if the elements themselves are entangled in the Hum of Hurt.”

Five new heavy songs worth hearing. What are you listening to?

Loathe “Revenant” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3khI3vqV0FY
Northlane “Evian” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h4e40N3We-U
Elder “Capture Release” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vo73AyUfVz0
Cage Fight “Oxygen” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TRCl9exrTtM
Boundaries “Death Will Follow Me” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Nnw_97fasU

“Loathe are back, but “do you accept the invitation?” Nearly a year on from delivering their stunning “Gifted Every Strength” single, the U.K. metalcore-expanders have now officially unveiled plans to release their first album in 6 years. Though their A Stranger to You is out in the summer, they’ve just introducing us to a groove-bombed new wrecker called “Revenant.” While last year’s “Gifted Every Strength” possessed jazzy flourishes, outside of a microdose of ambient synth in its final seconds, “Revenant” is a monster, through-and-through. Loathe lean into dissonant kick-mosh, while Kadeem France runs his throat raw while raging on the mic “with intent to kill.” The song also features contributions from NOWHERE2RUN’s Jami Morgan and Eric “Shade” Balderose, who had France hop on their “Ant in the Afterbirth” track back in 2024.” (Revolver)

CAGE FIGHT

Releases New Single"Oxygen"

New Album 'Exuvia' Due for Release May 1st via Spinefarm

UK metal band, CAGE FIGHT – fronted by vocal powerhouse Rachel Aspe – have released a new single/video, "Oxygen."

Rachel Aspe explains, “When your worries occupy all the space in your head, you’re navigating

through fog; every task, every move, feels like a challenge. 'Oxygen' is about a fight against time, when everything becomes overwhelming and suffocating.”

About the video, Aspe adds: “The mask on the album cover is the radiotherapy mask my grandmother wore every day for her cancer treatment. It was moulded to her, and I'm now wearing it as she lives through me. The process was painful and exhausting. This is a symbol of strength, perseverance, and healing. It represents a cage you fight in, until you shed your skin and are reborn. The mask also has specific meanings for each song on the album.

"In 'Oxygen', we wanted to portray the feelings of fear, oppression, and anxiety. To be locked in this cage, pushed down by its weight. The mask here is our own mind, and overwhelming thoughts, while seeing time passing by and being powerless.”

CAGE FIGHT will release their second studio album, ‘Exuvia,’ on May 1st via Spinefarm.

Recorded by Sam Bloor at Lower Lane Studios and mixed by Jim Pinder (Sleep Token, Malevolence), ‘Exuvia’ retains the raw, old school hardcore heart of CAGE FIGHT – vibrating with meaty grooves, pummelling rhythms, plus a wave of furious anger that feels like a punch to the gut. At the same time, it also explores more multi-layered terrains, atmospheres, and melodies, making CAGE FIGHT sound bigger, tighter, and more epic than ever before.

Throughout the 11 pieces of music, the band proves they aren’t afraid to experiment… and have a bit of fun. A case in point is "Pick Your Fighter," which features Julien Truchan from Benighted on guest vocals, and was inspired by a French pop song – "Et c'est parti…" by Nâdiya – though you’d never guess it from the song’s crushing heaviness.

The rest of the lyrics on ‘Exuvia’ are written by Rachel – the first time she has expressed herself in this way, and the results are deeply personal, taking in anxiety, assault, and having to deal with grief. The expansive final track, "Élégie," is about losing her grandfather, and the regret that can come from things left unsaid.

On "Pig," meanwhile, she calls out the creepy men who send women unsolicited messages online, while the title track was inspired by her grandmother, who is currently battling cancer, and helped Rachel write the song's lyrics.

In celebration of the forthcoming release of 'Exuvia,' CF will host a sold-out album release party on May 1st at legendary London dive bar, Blondie’s.

Radio City Beer Works is also brewing a new batch of “Pick Your Fighter” beer, which will be available on tap at the event.

Since their inception, the band has become known for their visceral, high-energy live performances; already, they’ve toured with acts such as Sepultura and Cromags, supported the likes of Napalm Death and Employed To Serve, and played numerous festivals, including Summer Breeze and Bloodstock.

A new Northlane era is loading. The heavy music trailblazers have returned to the fore with their exhilarating new single “Evian,” out now via independent release.

Another bold step in Northlane’s evolution, “Evian” shapeshifts through a duality of euphoric trance and seismic breakdowns. The song expands and contracts as its affecting lyrics explore facing trauma to be better for the ones you love.

Frontman Marcus Bridge opens up about the track: “Evian is about self-improvement through confronting trauma then finding your way back to someone from a healthier place. It explores the choice to grow on your own rather than dragging others down with you, making a conscious effort to heal before your struggles start affecting the people you care about.”

The video for “Evian” was directed by Colin Jeffs.

More than a decade into their career, Northlane continue to stand at the forefront of heavy music globally with a highly influential and singular sound that shifts the genre’s landscape with every release. With multiple ARIA #1 albums, awards and over 500 million streams, the band has built a legacy defined by innovation. Their signature fusion of metal and electronic elements has consistently shattered boundaries, cementing their reputation as one of the most forward-thinking and cerebral acts in the space.

Invent Animate Release New Single And Official Visualizer “Fall Like Rain”

On The Lonely God North American Tour
With Fit For A King, Ten56 And Acres
Beginning Friday, May 1
Ticket Info HERE

Atmospheric metalcore trailblazers Invent Animate have dropped their new single Fall Like Rain and the official visualizer, their latest release of original music since 2023’s full-length album ‘Heavener’ (via UNFD). When asked about the inspiration behind the track, vocalist Marcus Vik shared:

‘Fall Like Rain’ is about my lifelong struggle with insomnia and anxiety.

When I quit alcohol a few years ago, my sleeping problems surfaced in a new way. I was forced to confront my restless mind without a way to escape or quiet my thoughts. The line ‘I am a swarming blood red cloud’ is me admitting that I am my own insomnia; it’s the storm of my own thoughts that comes nightly to torment me.

Because there is so much dread in being wide awake, I wanted the vocals to feel raw and desperate. But in the face of these overwhelming feelings, the chant ‘I wasn’t born to be afraid’ is a refusal to be paralyzed by ‘whispers that fall like rain’. The quiet thoughts that get louder and louder until there is a downpour of anxiety and panic. Every night I have to choose to believe there is a place of safety on the other side of that storm.”

North American fans will also be able to see the band’s incredible live show on the Lonely God Tour starting May 1, with Fit For A King, Ten56, and Acres, followed up by an Australian run with I Prevail and Imminence in June (tickets available here).
