50" Class Crystal UHD DU7200 Phantom image
Hello friends,
My wife had been watching a show, paused it, then turned off the TV. Later when she turned it back on it had this "burn in" or "phantom" image of the previous show paused that would not go away.
Tried power cycling via unplugging, by holding the remotes power button down for 30 seconds, checking for updates (none), and finally tried a factory reset which is the first screenshot where you can just make out the person being interviewed in the background. With the second screenshot being the first thing I saw after factory resetting.
Honestly while we've hated the Samsung TV over our previous TCL, we really don't have the money to replace it right now. We got this as a Christmas gift last year so it may be under warranty but I'm still looking for the manual it came with.
Any advice?
