Tribunal on Thursday!!
I have my pip tribunal this Thursday and I am bricking it! I have to go to the magistrates court so already feel like a criminal. I applied for pip in August 2024 so it’s been a long process. I’ve been awarded 0 points on everything. I have fibromyalgia and adhd and other mental health issues. I don’t have very much evidence other than a letter from my doctor, a referral letter to the lower limb specialist and a letter from a mental health nurse confirming that she she worked with me. So I’m worried I will struggle to prove my daily struggles. I work and I drive and these are the reasons they have used to say I must be absolutely fine if I can motivate myself to go to work every day and to drive every day. I work because I have no other choice. I’m not good at talking to people face to face so I am really scared to have to go to court and face these people who’ll be scrutinising me!! Any advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you !
