




Here is my half transformation, always struggled with my weight never really been much below 25% body fat anyone got any ideas what to do next? Keep cutting ? I train 3-5 days per week lifting at heavy intensity even though I’ve lost size I’ve gained a lot of strength and stripped back to some muscle.
Would anyone know what bf percent I am now please?
Also what should I do to become a unit I feel tiny
