My friend backed my car into a parked car and the body shop is quoting 46000$ for the repair. This seller on ebay is offering free shipping but I've never ordered from ebay before so I need some advice.

Messed up a lot took about 15hours just to wrap the front, such a humbling experience. Thought Shops were over charging I understand it now
