Please delete if not appropriate, but as someone who is becoming more and more technologically illiterate as each day passes, I'm hoping someone can help direct me towards what i'm looking for.

I'm looking for a FREE IOS app, similar to say slack that allows cross party collaboration, with integrated calendar. Essentially, I need to create tasks/prompts and set calendar invites that people can agree to and have it marked. This can include using say google calendar as an add in, however. I just have zero idea what does this.

An integrated chat function would be ideal as there would be file sharing also needed.

Does this exist as a free service?
